What payment options are available?

Up-front payments

This payment option requires a half-down for a mobilization fee and the other half upon completion.  

Monthly subscription plan

This payment option requires a mobilization fee and twelve (12) monthly payments of $40.00 each.

Do I need a PayPal account to qualify for the PayPal guarantee?

Yes.  

Delays in content delivery is the primary problem.

Most projects when delayed are solely the responsibility of the client in search of the ideal piece of content.  To mitigate this problem any delays whether by the client or myself incur monetary penalties.

Why do I need to pay GoDaddy and for Hosting?

Just like winning on a slot machine there are three items that are required to launch a website.  These are a domain name, website files a.k.a. written content and images that are converted to HTML format for viewing online and hosting which may be likened to a safe rental space for website files.  Recently Google requires your website to have an SSL also for search engine optimization.  This is simply a digital tool that encrypts website data coming in to and out of your website.

What if I cannot contact you after my site is complete?

Although this may appear like an issue it really is not.  The primary reason is that I am merely an agent.  I simply build your site on a platform.  Both GoDaddy and Zoho offer great customer support.

What about after care support?

For the first 30 days following your site's deployment you are provided a Gold Level Service Level Agreement which simply means that you have a maximum resolution time of 6 hours for priority issues and up to 24 hours for feature requests.

Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST

What is the best way to reach me?

The best way to reach me is to schedule a call.  I prioritize calls that are scheduled.  Random calls throughout the day are both a distraction and a waste of time as they have no real agenda.

According to Gartner

The definition provided by Gartner for Best-in-class is defined as the superior product within a category of hardware or software. It does not necessarily mean it the best product overall, however. For example, the best-in-class product in a low-priced category may be inferior to the best product on the market, which could sell for much more.

Because I have hired GoDaddy, Wix, Wordpress and a nightmare of crooks called Inkgility directly in the past I am confident that when it comes to personalized web design services for small to medium-sized business Damian M.A. Knowles Inc is your best option.  

Every other web design service offers three options: 

Do it yourself,

Speak to a middle man in America who then passes the message to an Indian overnight who then provides the update on the next business day,

Trust a friend or family member to build your site and host it at home.  The problem usually occurs when your site is offline because the electricity is off, internet disruptions, malware attacks etc....

Wordpress does offer a highly customizable platform however it requires more time for maintenance updates, malware attacks, conflicting plug-ins and a host of endless issues.

Wix - is the worst web design tool that I am aware of.  I see no justification for Wix withholding ownership of your domain name while they host your site. Personally this is impermissible.
